I am so sorry for your loss. I did not know Maria personally but I have recently experienced a loss that motivates me to share an encouraging thought from the bible. Losing someone you love is very painful and you feel an emptiness that cannot be filled...but know that God is with you. With time he will heal your wound. He also gives something to look forward to in John 5:25-29...in part it says that the hour is coming when all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out to a resurrection of life. God promises that one day those sleeping in the tombs here on earth will come back to life. May the hope of seeing Maria here again full of life, youth , and health give you comfort. (Isaiah 26:19, Job 33:25, Psalm 37:29) Jw.org
