To Lorreta and Family please accept our condolences. Charlie was a one of a kind gentleman, God broke the mold after Charlie was born. All of our family Marlene, Amber, Kirk and I have such fond memories of Charlie. He was always warm, friendly and fun to be around. When Charlie volunteered to work for us at Cochiti golf course he always took such pride in making sure the golf course was as good as it good be by fixing ball marks, replacing divots and keeping the place clean but his greatest asset was making every customer feel special by welcoming them with his fabulous smile and great gift for gab! I still remember how Charlie brought his famous rum cake before every golf tournament, it seemed the players only showed up for the cake since most of them were eating cake in the Pro Shop right up to the last minute and more than a few were a little wobbly trying to get their ball on the tee.
Charlie, we will miss you. Thank you for being such a good friend to all that came your way. Will Rogers once said "I never met a man he didn't like", well Charlie never a met person that didn't love him!

Loretta and family, my heart aches for you. I am deeply sorry for your loss. Charlie was dearly loved and will be greatly missed. Cherish the sweet memories you have and the dreams you made with Charlie. I know your hearts are very heavy right now but remember Jesus suffered much so that one day we will no longer experience the pain of losing our love ones. Draw comfort from his promise, "I Am The Resurrection and The Life. The one who exercises faith in me, even though he dies, Will Come To Life." (John 11:25) With my heartfelt condolences.

All I can say is this will be a sad earth without Mr. Maxwell in it and Santa Fe will never be the same. RIP Charlie

Santa Fe has lost a living treasure. Charlie has been a wonderful neighbor and friend to our family, we will miss his smile and his "hello"! God bless you, his family.

Charlie was a person that you could count on. He was a wonderful, loving, and caring man. I work with Charlie for over 16 yrs. and he was a great co-worker and friend. I loved him and I will miss seeing him. God Bless You Charlie and your family.
