My deepest sympathy to the family. Losing someone in death brings such pain and sorrow, especially when they are so young. You can gain comfort in knowing that God knows exactly how you feel because he also lost a son in death. God resurrected his son from the dead and in the bible he promises to do the same for us. At John 5:28, 29 it tells us "the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his (Jesus') voice and come out." Yes, we can look forward to seeing our loved ones again in the very near future when Jesus resurrects them. The bible also tells us that it will be at a time when "death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away." - Revelation 21:3, 4. You can find more comforting thoughts at www.jw.org, search “real hope for your loved ones who have died.”
